Quota & rate limits
You can make a certain number of API requests per day or per month, depending on your plan.
If you exceed your quota, you'll get a 429 error.
Checking your usage
You can check your usage for your current period in your account dashboard.
The API also provides headers in each response to help you track your usage:
Quota reset time
Your daily quota resets at 00:00:00 UTC each day, and your monthly quota resets at the start of each calendar month — regardless of when your billing date is.
Usage notifications
We’ll send you email notifications when you’ve hit 90% and 100% of your quota. You can turn these off in your account settings.
We’ll also send you notifications when your credit balance is low, if you have purchased API credits.
Rate limits
You can make up to 100 requests per second from a single IP address (within your plan limits). If you need to make more frequent requests, please contact us to increase your rate limit.
